Architect — Junior/Mid-Level

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Architect with 1+ years of experience in architectural design for commercial, healthcare, residential, hospitality, and restaurant projects.

In this role, you will support and contribute to design development from concept through construction documentation, working closely with clients and multi disciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and code-compliant design solutions.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit
Support design development from concept through construction documentation
Assist in preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design intent
Modify and refine designs based on client and project needs
Conduct basic research on feasibility studies and environmental impact
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations
Collaborate with engineering and other disciplines for integrated project delivery
Support project documentation and design presentations

Job Qualifications :

Degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Good understanding of building codes and regulatory standards
Strong technical drawing and design skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Newforma
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to manage tasks and contribute effectively in a team environment
