Structural Engineer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in structural design for commercial, healthcare, residential, hospitality, and industrial building projects. US project experience is preferred.

In this role, you will take ownership of structural design tasks and contribute to the development of safe, efficient, and code-compliant building systems while coordinating with architectural and MEP disciplines.

Job Responsibilities :

Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, and other structural systems
Develop structural models, calculations, and construction documents
Design structural components including beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and lateral systems
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines for integrated project delivery
Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.)
Review shop drawings, RFIs, and support construction administration activities
Evaluate design alternatives for efficiency, constructability, and cost-effectiveness
Support preparation of reports, design documentation, and project deliverables

Job Qualifications :

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
2–5 years of structural engineering experience (US projects preferred)
Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or equivalent
Strong understanding of structural design principles and building codes
Ability to manage assigned tasks independently and contribute to larger project workflows
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
